S's teacher appreciation gift

S’s teacher this year, Mrs. S, is crazy about whales. So S drew a cute little narwhal, and we made it into a glass tile pendant.  I like that there are little sparkles of magic around the narwhal's tusk.  S explained that "of course narwhals have magic, they are the unicorns of the ocean!"

She also made a whale card.

and on the inside. . .  you know, “whaley” could sound like “really” if you stretch your imagination. :) Mrs. S's class motto was “Mistakes are OK!” and that was perfect for our sweet S.
