last trip of the summer

Folks, we just took an 11 day trip in which we slept in different beds every night.  We saw some great places and some great people.  I haven't downloaded all the photos yet, but here are some of my favorites so far of the day that Papa R flood irrigated the yard and the cousins played and played and played.

M and a plastic snow sled make a fabulous substitute for a motorboat. 

New up & coming sport: mom powered inland surfing

  Adding to the bliss of the day, the kids caught a bunch of frogs.  When cousin B she found out she wasn’t going to be allowed to bring “Jumpy” the frog home, her heart broke into a thousand million pieces.
