I figured I could DIY it. I kept my eyes open for wee colorful fake birds in thrift shops & so did my mom. Pretty soon I had the window sills of my hobby room completely lined with the little feathered friends. I couldn't ever find the right wire mesh for this look, so I took it a little bit different way and this is what we got.
