it's fun to say THANK YOU!

It seems we’ve had a chance to do a lot of appreciating this week. First it was Teacher Appreciation Week. J and S painted and bejeweled little 1 ½ inch squares of wood. Then we stuck magnets on the back for their teachers to use in their classrooms. S’s teacher has tons of Curious George in her classroom, so he was featured heavily on her magnets.

Friday was Military Spouse Appreciation Day so we took some flowers around to some of our friends in the military.

And of course, most of our appreciation goes out to our own moms this weekend! Love you two!  M did all the cooking for me today.  S helped make some of the recycled magazine beads (roughly following the concept here, but modifying the sizes) for my cool necklaces that she and J strung and AJ and I proudly wore today.
