picture pancakes
What do we do for dinner when daddy is at church late again and mommy doesn't feel like getting booed at for serving nutritious food?
Picture pancakes. That yellow thing in the upper right hand side of the photo that looks like a mustard squeeze bottle?...okay that technically IS a mustard squeeze bottle, but we washed it out and filled it with pancake batter and use it to draw fun shapes and letters. The smiley face there in the middle right?... let the eyes and mouth cook for a bit then pour the rest of the head on top and when you flip it over he will be grinning up at you!

i think that is a great idea: both the mustard bottle and not getting booed at:) breakfast for dinner is an awesome sunday night plan.
Oh, that is such a fun idea! My kids have been asking for breakfast for dinner...we'll have to give this one a try! My pictures won't be nearly as cute as yours...I'll probably still get booed, but at least I'll have tried, right?!
