Fabulous Friday - part 2

We asked everyone to help out with the decorations for Fabulous Friday.  (We thought it would be nice to have decorations on our refreshments table and a table with stationary for writing letters to the deployed service men and the church missionaries from our congregation)  So the assignment was to creatively wrap an empty box to give all of us some fresh ideas for the upcoming gift giving season.  I made a couple, just in case, and here they are.
the fake flowers in place of a bow
the aluminum foil twisted into the recipient's initial
fun mismatched papers
rosettes made out of plastic shopping bags.  (just your basic ribbon/fabric rosettes like you see EVERYWHERE in the craft blogosphere like this one, only made out of a grocery sack cut into strips and stapled instead of glued.
and probably my favorite, confetti dipped!
